*Clean off the dust of the GoatRP gamemode*

HOY HOY HOY! Since TGRP is as done as it can be (Skuli just needs to finish his stuff), i'm going to continue with GoatRP!

What i got so far
- Custom chat system
- Character creation
- You can have multiple character
- Invetory system, with shops, and bank
- Going to take some ideas from the old posts on items.
- Stats system
- Need some suggestions on stats
- Mixture system (Fix materials to make new stuff)

Stats:

Health
Strength
Agility
Skill (A skill you chose to learn. Mining for example)
Illegality (Illegal shit-o-meter)
Weapon proficiency (Upgrade aim, add stuff, moar ammo capacity & discounts)
