It could be a class for player. They will have to rent a room. When a guy is looking for good times he get's into the room. He pays you, you will give him sex. The players could both be ragdolled for like 10 seconds. Than the guy gains some stats? Like 1.5 more health or damage. The hookers will not be able to have sex for the next 5 minutes and should perhaps suffer another penalty to avoid exploiting.

Wouldn't be much fun for $100. It gives all ur stats back like health and hunger (OMGLOLCOCKGAG!). The interaction should be a lil porno mini game with a fading black screen that fades in and out to show a nice body. In a lmited amount of time (60sec=1hr IRL) you have to fill up a bar shaped lke a penis by moving your mouse up and down and if it gets filled u get all health and hunger/comfort back and you're like. "sooo uh... yeah im kinda a sex god" but if u fail u cry and shoot/shit urself!

Simple, easy to make doesn't require much work. Like this: - Go to a hooker (person that looks like hooker) and press 'E' - they will say 'Looking for a good time' and you can reply:

Yes
No
POLICE!
What?

Yes - Screen goes black - there goes a few seconds (maybe some noises) and you have lost $100 with some gained health. Other players will see you disappear or something - I'm not sure about that part. Is it possible to animate both to go inside a house?
No - Exit the dialogue box, then you can walk away. If chat is entered again you have the choices:
I changed my mind. I want some good stuff.
I still don't want anything
POLICE!

POLICE - Hooker you get teleported to the police station, where a police NPC says 'Thanks for helping clean up the streets. No bugger off, I've got stuff to do', and when approaching the hooker NPC after that she will say 'Thanks, now I'm set back even more. How am I going to survive? Fuck off, before I stab you!'
What? - You get the reply: Are you kidding? - When approching again after getting that reply you can say:
I was just kidding, I want some good stuff.
*Walk away*
