Tilt your head forward, not backwards. And use natural light, it makes the shadows look softer. If you want to look good on pictures, also, brush your hair. Open your eyes more, so there's less focus on your nose. Remember a nice use of contrasts.

Well, I don't have down's syndrome, I'm just very depressed
