Drive off to the north of Norway. Since zombies are cold blooded they won't be there.

Zombies are cold blooded? Crank up the heat to about 50-60 degrees celcius in all rooms but one! (I have a new boiler, installed today). Let the zombies in around the house but not in that one room! Their digestive enzymes and their cells should denature!

Also get some kitchen knives, get my baseball bat (and bash nails into it for extra hitpoints).
Learn how to hotwire cars, go out into town with the above equipment (there are a few porsches here) and hotwire le car and drive to Svalbard to meet up with you lot. Most people will be dead/zombified therefore, free fuel refils and food. I also know of a gunshop in town, may come in handy!

How do you plan on driving to Svalbard? Is the Porsche an amphibious vehicle?

Grab some supplies, and head to the church. Churches have heavy doors and small windows, aka. The easiest place to barricade.
Afterwards, I'd trade supplies for shelter, ofcourse quarentining new arivals, to check if they're infected.

A ferry works, but what's all this jibber about the Euro tunnel?

I calculated that if I drive the Porsche off a Russian/Norwegian cliff at the right speed and angle, the car will act like a skimming stone due to it's shape!

I don't see how zombies can be fast, for a start they're missing a body part or a piece of flesh. That means less cells which means less mitochondrion which means less energy!
