So you all hate minges (well I do!)

this is what you should do about it..

1). make me an admin

and/or

2). help me to create the ultimate MINGE MACHINE

thats OFCOURSE just for taking minges out.. with their own weapons!

spawn an un exitable prison with a target finder where you can specify steam id and have iti teleport mingebags inside

There's no way to be admin on the server anyway, it doesn't use ULX or Assmod.
