1.what is your job as an officer

a.to keep the peace

b.to kill citicenz

c.to kill rebels


2.is civilian casualties acceptable

a.yes if a civillian is in the way of a rebel theire death is acceptable

b. no civillian cassualties are to be kept at a minimum at all times the civillians safety comes first.

c. civillians who are in the way must be subdued untill such time where the rebelz are apprehended or dead and the civillians safty is assured


3. you spot a civillian hiding a rebel in his abode what is your cause of action.

a.break in guns blazing everything is a law offender and must DIE !

b. wait untill such time where you can snipe only the rebel to death and cause no harm to the civillian thereafter arresting the civillian for hiding a rebel

c. do nothing untill such time the rebel makes himself catchable outside

4.you come upon an armed team of rebels planning to attack your police department pick your cause of action

a. i goto my presinct and tell the other police men to ready themselfs for an ambush

b. i attempt to take them out before the event takes place to keep the citicenz from beeing alarmed

c. i goto my presinct and wait for them and fire at them as soon as i spot them without any backup

5. if a citizen comes up to you in the city and smacks you in the face with a wooden stick, what do you do?

a. attempt to apprehend the citizen with as little strife as possible.

b. shoot the civilian on sight.

c. go on a rampage destroying everything and everyone in sight.

6. a civillian reports a bomb threat in the bank what do you do ?

a. run in guns blazing taking out the rebels and some civillians the bomb might blow up

b. wait for backup surround the building and try to negotiate the safe release of the citicens and to have them disarm the bomb

c. attempt to negotiate safe release alone and the diffusal of the bomb

7. you see a man trying to jump off a building what do you do.

a. get up on the roof and shoot the man to stop him from jumping

b. try negotiating that he has a life worth living

c. let him jump

8. make a pledge

a. serve and protect

b. opress and rule

c. destroy and maim for the safety of people

9. what is your weapon of choise

a. sub machine gun and pistol

b. stunstick and cuffs

c. knowledge and wisdom / cuffs

I got a few corrections.

The "police" in Hl2 are called Civil Protection. ( citizen slang: CeePee's )
Civil protection teams operate using one rule: "Get the job done." Civilian casualties may occur, and no one really care if a CP beats a civilian for no reason. ( Ofcourse they dont just run arround beating people randomly. ) CP's are human beings who have chosen to help the combine, for increased rations and better housing. CP's are not to be confused with combines. Since combines are genticly modifyed human's who have against their will been turned into combines.
Most CP's have been poorly trained, though some may show potential and be trained. CP's are powerfull in numbers. Though highranking CP's may have had some training.

The job of a CP.

The average CP patrols the streets, looking for rebel activity or other types of lawbreaking. When told by a higher ranking officer, the CP may participate in apartment raids. All though that is mostly a job for CP's of higher rank.

The job of a combine.

The combine is ripped of all personality. They work as a trained force of soldiers. When they work arround civilians, they hold their fire. But when harmed, they shoot. The combines are much more trigger happy. They shoot whoever may be a treat to them.

The job of an officer.

All officers are human beings. Some may be manipulated, but their minds are intact. Since the human mind is allways the most advanced. The officers do pretty much what they want. Some may be issued to train CP's and some may train combines. Some just do what they please. The officer's pretty much controls the plot, and make it fun for the CP's to play.
