EDIT: EDIT: You just need to search "1930's music" - t'is because it was hard times in America (great depression, stock crash, Hitler rising to power) so people were depressed and sad. The music was an attempt of depressed people attempting to be happy... kind of like "I am going to survive, no other though" would be in an Apocalypse. The denying of reality. This makes for great post-apocalyptic music. That's why it's used in Fallout. (It's also supposed to simulate that era, but still)
EDIT: EDIT: EDIT: You know what I mean.
EDIT: EDIT: EDIT: EDIT: Maybe an odd choice ( http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/77673 ) but I don't care. It's using 1930's music, creating a cheerful attitude (we're pretty comfy in our bunker, right? No survival or anything?) Yet it reminds slightly of 'the world outside' in a retrospect. It's also copyright/royalty free.
