You should go to your local PD and get a certificate for graffiti art on public buildings allowed and approved by owners. Razz

I would but atm i dont have any type of income! That means that I have no spray cans, no nozzles and no masks! :S

Plus some may consider it as work. If people consider it on a low scale then maybe I can do it as a Weekend job when I'm 13 (almost there ^^). If its considered on a larger scale then I have to wait till I'm 16. :S

I wish it was as easy as you previously thought it is...

Police only deals with crimes and investigations...

I would have to go see the council most of all. They are the important wankers. I would have to see them every time for planning permission or something. To see that what I want to graffiti on a wall 'fits in'. Only thing I need with the police is evidence that I have been allowed to graffiti.... So evidence from the council and evidence from the owner of the wall Cool

Yes pretty much... Crimes, Investigations and Accidents... and telling fucked up kids how to behave...

Hm... there's almost no crime here - and 80% of the people doing the crimes here are Romanian. (No offense, that's what they said on the news) so the cops here mostly tour for schools, eat donuts... uh... walk around... - nothing really. Occasional crime.

LOL... Here in Britain hard asses one older then me walk around with a pack of tabbaco and paper... Here the crimerates are high because of higher population I guess...

And that fact is kinda sad... But I dont really see why Romanian people would go to Norway (not in an offensive way). POPULAR destinations are UK, Spain, Italy...

Unfortunately the so called 'Romanians' (Quotation marks show lack of patriotism) are probably gypos who had the map upside down while they were going to Italy or somewhere....
